As a foster parent for fifteen years, I\u2019ve opened my home to countless children, adopting four, with an emphasis on supporting teens aging out of the system. I also founded the nation\u2019s largest private college full-scholarship program for youth impacted by foster care, proudly empowering twenty-one current scholars to pursue higher education and mature relationships.
